Our postal submission service saves you time and energy by creating your letters and envelopes or labels for you, so they are ready for you to print out and mail.  You get Word files with these items all read to go.

Just email a copy of your letter to us to start the process. Use our templates or guidelines to help you or write your own letter.  Or we can help you write powerful query letter.  Our service includes a final review and polish, though if you need a more extensive rewrite, we'll tell you that, too. 

Once we have your letter, we insert the date, recipient's name, title, company, address, and appropriate salutation at the top of each letter. Use your own letterhead or we can design a professional letterhead for you. For example:

Once you sign up for our service, you get a link to a sample template you can use as a guide to create your own query letter.  It's a tested guide that has gotten a good response for us and our clients in the past from numerous producers and agents. 

 

Once your letter and any accompanying information is ready, we create two files -- one for the letters and the other for the envelopes or labels -- for the type of producers, production companies, agents, or managers you want to contact.  Then, you can print these letters on your own stationery and mail as many you want to those contacts you select.
