Are you looking for a producer, production company, or agent for your screenplay?  Are you interested in co-production or seeking connections with film distributors or directors?  Do you want to sell film rights to your book or life story?

We can help with our submission service that will connect you with film industry people via e-mail or in some cases postal mail.  This service includes guidelines on writing an effective query and a review of your letter before it goes out to be sure you are sending out a good letter.  Here's a more detailed description of how the process works.

We have about 2600 contacts in our databases -- about 1700 producers and production companies and 900 agents and managers.  Besides the agents and managers who only handle scripts, some represent actors, actresses, and directors.   We have added them, since since some look for properties for their talent or may expand into representing screenplays.  Plus now we have several new databases -- about 500 film distributors and 4000+ film and TV directors, plus a database of lawyers, casting directors, and attendees at the 2007 American Film Market.

We have clients all over the world, and recent Founder and Creative Director Gini Graham Scott received an award from the U.S. government's Commercial Service for these clients.  It's a highly prestigious Export Achievement Certificate and it was presented at a Film Fair Gala which we organized that included top political and business leaders from Oakland, Alameda County, and the SF Bay Area.  You can see five pages of photos from this event.

Besides helping clients write a great query that will GET READ, we now have a 60-page booklet -- Sell Your Book, Script or Column -- based on working on over 800 queries for clients in the past 4 years.  It includes tips on how to contact producers, agents, and publishers, how to write a good query, what you need to follow-up effectively, and sample letters.  It's only $10 -- and you can apply the purchase price of the PDF to your next order, so it's FREE!  Click here for details.  Or if you prefer a print copy, you can now order this through Amazon or iUniverse for $10 plus shipping

While you can gather names and contact information and send your own
e-mail queries or letters, we save you many hours of doing your own research.  Plus our letter review can make all the difference in whether your query is read and attracts interest.

We send out your queries under your own e-mail or send you a file of letters and envelopes or labels to print out on your letterhead and mail yourself.   We offer both approaches, since some industry people still prefer or require mail queries, and some do not make their e-mails available.

We differ from other screenplay query services in several ways:

  • We send you a report of the companies contacted and the names of the contacts.

  • We have a larger database.

  • We personally review and give you feedback on all query letters we send out, and can write your letter for you.

  • We offer a postal query service to companies that are not receptive to e-mails, though almost all clients send e-queries.

  • Our database includes agents and managers of actors, actresses, and directors.

We additionally provide tips on how to write a good query letter and how to follow-up to interested film industry contacts.  Or we can write the query letter for you.

You can see the enthusiastic responses of over two dozen clients, including a literary agent who has used our service several times in our kudos section.   Plus learn about recent success stories.  Just go to latest news.  If you'd like to get a free article on how to write a good e-mail query, go to our sign-up page and send us your e-mail.
